WINTER HAS A NEW HOME WINTER was taken in by a young family in central FL. They volunteer at the shelter and as a result of a hording case, wound up with Winter before she was to be euthanized. Winter was reported to be about 6 but I highly doubt that as she seems to be about 2 or 3 based on her teeth. She was so emaciated that she she weighted barely 35 pounds. The foster family fattened her up to about 50 pounds and as you can see by the photos, she is 25 pounds underweight for her size. She is otherwise health and a bit shy of new people and dogs. She took to me very well and when the adopter came in, took to them as well. It's amazing what liver will do to cement a relationship. Winter is all white and very pretty.
