OSO NEEDS A NEW HOIME AND FAMILY OSO was turned into the rescue 1/5 because the owner was no longer able to care for him. He was originally adopted from a shelter in CA and then brough here. The circumstances of the owner changed and he decided to relinquish him. Oso is about 6 yrs old and utd on shots and neutered. He is affectionate and dog and people friendly. He is being fostered by his owner.
