OSCAR HAS A NEW HOME AND FAMILY Oscar is a soft dog. Meek and stand-off-ish at first and extremely dog friendly. He takes 15 minutes to trust you and after that he is fine. He is somewhat trained and was discarded from a family in the street. He remained there way too long before being discovered, and during that time developed demodex which caused his fur to fall out and for him to require antibiotics to get well. He has had everything he needed, and his fur is 95% back in, and his conditions are all being addressed in their final stages by the meds we are giving him. He weighs about 76 pounds and he is otherwise healthy with good hips, utd on shots, HW Neg and ready to be adopted. He is conventional black and tan with a defined saddle. He is crate trained and will go in, albeit reluctantly, but he still goes in and lays down. He needs a family or a person who can go slow with him and be there for him, love him and spend time with him so he can once again trust humans to be good to him.
