ACE HAS A NEW HOME AND FAMILY ACE came into the rescue today with his son Buddy3 ACE is Buddy3's dad. Both came into the rescue today 3/25 from a family whose son tragically passed. He and his son, Buddy3, who is also available for adoption, were turned over to us for placement. ACE is AN all white 6 YR old neutered male gsd and in excellent health. He is a large dog weighing about 90 pounds. He is housebroken and crate trained, but needs all obedience. He is super friendly and although he tugs on a lead, still will not pull you over but rather with simple corrections does fine. Since he was the persons emotional support dog(s) he was always in the home and about with the owner. The owner felt that both dogs had no need, as the he thought, to do obedience skills. He and his son are very gentle, great with people kids and dogs and his recall is excellent. He does know 'sit', loves car rides, is velcro to the owner and is basically calm and obedient. He, like is son, are calm and easy going, friendly and affectionate, he can learn easily. He is neutered and his shots are UTD and he is HW Neg and chipped. His leash walking skills are basic and he needs a refresher on that as well. Because of his being 6 yrs old he doesn't require a puppy bond for training but he definitely needs to get into a class asap. He is available immediately.
