PUPPY BRUTUS HAS A HOME We received Puppy Brutus on 10/11. He is a larger 7 month old black (mostly) GSD. He is house broken, HW NEG, UTD on shots and neutered, calm and submissive and untrained. We named him when we received him so Brutus is really new to his name. Although he likes it he needs to learn it. He was dumped at a vet clinic by a family so we don't know his history. We do know he is healthy. Because he is a puppy we do require two forms of training to be done. We do take a $500 bond which guaranties that training will be done, in the manner we require (social training) by the end of the 4th month of ownership. Failure to do so will allow us to cash the bond and recover the dog to the rescue. Training is a major part of any adoption but more so with puppies. Brutus will be a large dog easily 110 pounds as he is 70 pounds now at 7 months. His demeanor however is calm and he would be perfect for a family with kids and the time to give to him.
