GRANGER HAS A NEW FAMILY
GRANGER IS a spry engaged and energetic 7 year old neutered male GSD. He is primarily tan with a somewhat faded saddle and "groucho eyebrows". He is owned by a family that has had him throughout his entire life and loves him very much. His owner is no longer able to care for him as a result of a severe medical condition and must relinquish him. He is friendly but as most sheps are, basically aloof on first meeting. He is housebroken, heartworm neg and UTD on shots. He is a big boy at about 100 pounds. He loves his waba and love to play with it. He squeaks and fetches constantly. He loves kids. He has always been loved and cared for and has never been abused. He needs leash walking skills and recall training because he was mostly free to roam the back yard and not typically leash walked. He is a prime example of an older dog who can easily learn new tricks and will respond to a leader to learn these basic skills quickly. He is great with other dogs and cats and especially kids. He is available immediately and he is remaining home in Cape Coral until we find an appropriate adopter. If you are interested in meeting him please call for an appointment after filling out an application on line.
