ADOPTION PENDING SHELDON came to us about 8 weeks ago and was being fostered. he was in horrific shape, underweight, almost lame and depressed. Our fabulous foster family got him to do a tremendous turn around. He still has issues that make him a SPECIAL NEEDS DOG. He has a weak back end but that seems to improve day by day. We have put him in booties so he will not scratch his feet up if they scrape the pavement. He is a happy dog, dog friendly, enjoys people and he is engaged. He is HW POS and has yet to be neutered, which will happen this week. He is a calm dog and would be great for an older family looking for a companion. He is best taken for walks on grass until he is strong enough to do walks on the street. He is house broken, obedient, knows basic commands and loves to be petted. Sheldon came back to us from a truly bad place and we (our foster family) save his life. Please consider giving this boy a great family life. He is about 5 years old and once he gets all of these treatments done, he will be a loyal, loving and affectionate pet for many years to come.
