adoption pending JENNY is a 7 year old big black and tan female GSD. She came in from an abandonment case in Sarasota and was placed in a foster home with us a few days ago (1/30/20). Jenny is about 82 pounds and a big girl. She is 100% healthy, active, spayed, HW Neg, unbelievably friendly to everyone she meets including dogs, kids and she even met a pig when I was doing the intro. She like cats and met a bunch of kittens at the shelter and she is extremely affectionate. What we have seen in just a few days is that she bonds very fast and owns her person. The foster who has her now has another 2 yr old male. They both are fine together but introduce a family member and Jenny wants 100% of the attention. This condition can be addressed by having an alpha personality as an owner, which is not the case currently. The current foster is learning this and that hopefully will help resolve the issue. Jenny is house broken and walks fantastic on a lease. She knows basic commands and takes treats softly. She is just a sweet girl.
