UPDATE WE HAVE A FAMILY COMING TO SEE HER THURSDAY EVENING LUCY was turned over to us today and will be at the kennel for a day and then spayed tomorrow Wednesday and delivered to us again on Thursday. She is a 75 pound female black and tan GSD... looks like Rin Tin Tin with her diamond forehead. She has yet to be heart worm tested but was given all shots and a complete check up at the vets. She came from an abusive family and rescued by a person who basically tied her outside and ignored her but kept her for a year. She was then rescued by a neighbor who has 3 kids and a cat and she has lived there for a few months now. They cannot afford to care for her and they have turned her into us. She is super social, kid, dog and cat friendly and from what we understand an easy dog to train. She has not had any formal training but she has been exceptional with her second family so much so that they are certain that she had some training at some point in her life. She was a bit afraid at first because her original owner probably beat the crap out of her because he was a moron, but now she is stabile and sweet and affectionate to everyone.
