He had an embedded chain collar in his neck that require 40 stitches which have now been removed and the scar completely healed. He was housed while being treated with a small dog rescue and was later transferred to a foster where he has lived now for a few weeks time. He is living with other smaller dogs and kids. He loves the little girl and sleeps with her nightly. They have a 9 year old daughter and lots of friends and kids visiting Hot Rod and he is a perfect gentleman. he is house broken and obedient. he walks well on a lead and had some obedience training but can use more refinements. He has a great play attitude and a family temperament. He was tested by the rescue personnel on the East coast and comes to us this Sunday 10/16 for rescue here.
Hot Rod is about 75 pounds and is a red and black GSD. He is HW Neg and has all shots. He is red and black with a non-defined saddle. Hot Rod likes to play and to be in a family group. If your family has a place for him please let us know.
