STRIDER HAS A NEW HOME AND FAMILY

UPDATE STRIDER MAY HAVE A HOME. HE IS COMMITTED TO A FAMILY FROM NAPLES COMING FRIDAY, LET'S HOPE! STRIDER is a handsome 2 year old neutered male GSD. He has lived outside on a farm and is extremely friendly with cats, dogs and farm animals. He is very smart and extremely loving TO PEOPLE and immediately seeks you out for a rub. He is currently in a foster where we will be able to monitor him as a house dog. He is currently learning to be in his crate. I had him here at the house and he did fine in it. His owners just don't have the time necessary for a high energy puppy and they have decided to re-home him. He was purchased by them at 8 weeks and he has only had one family. He isn't afraid of anything from loud noises like thunder to livestock. He loves kids and to play with everyone. He is not crate trained yet but that is quite simple. He is HW negative and is current on all shots and neutered. He knows most commands and does not jump on people. He is a gentle soul. I was really impressed with the way he has coped with the sudden uprooting and and changes in his life. He is a trooper. He is really affectionate and loves to be touched and cuddled. If you want to see Strider please call for an appointment as he is in Englewood at a foster. He is a really good boy deserving of a quality family with kids (hopefully) and the time to teach him.
