PRETTY BAILEY HAS A NEW HOME Bailey was confiscated from a drug house where the owners were incarcerated and the dog forfeited. We were not given her real name and we are trying to find that out.
Bailey is about 75 pounds and extremely energetic. She spiraled down quickly in the shelter as she was a house dog and doesn't know what happened to her. She does kennel up readily and find the crate as a security blanket of sorts. She is a sweet girl and needs a secure owner who will keep her in line and gain her respect. At first she is aloof as most GSD's are but comes around with touch. She knows basic commands and respects the leash. She did pull a bit but when corrected she was able to walk well. She does some spinning when left alone which indicates to me she needs this energy channeled through training and TLC. She is in great shape and quite strong and seems to be runner. She loves to be touched and readily sits and rolls over when she is petted. She does seem to be house broken as she was reluctant to pee or poop in her kennel. She seems to us to be a good family dog but does need training. She is dog friendly and did not react at all with any of the dogs we walked her by. She is HW Neg and has all shots and she is spayed.
Bailey is a light sable female GSD with soft fur and a calm disposition. With training she will come around quickly and with a family that engages her she will become a fantastic dog in no time flat.
