FARLEY HAS A HOME
FARLEY WAS A STREET STRAY who came in to me this afternoon. He was literally out on the street for almost a month. He was finally captured by a great lady who brought him to me. He has never even walked on a leash but he is fabulous and super sweet. He seems housebroken because he paws to go out and didn't have any accidents in her home for last night. He definitely needs training at every level and he doesn't know 'sit' or basically anything except that he loves being rubbed and wants to sit in your lap. He is about 1.5 to 2 years old and he weighs 80 pounds. He is very easy going and social. He like people and readily comes up to greet you and to get rubs. He is totally non-reactive to other dogs and is yet untested with cats. He will probably go to the kennel this evening (Sunday 4/10) because I am out of commission tomorrow. He will be neutered Wednesday and get his shots sometime before that at the AWL. He has a fabulous disposition and responds well to authority and is quite submissive. He is fully engaged and sharp and got the concept of the leash and collar pretty quick. He is black and red and tan with a defined saddle and a large handsome head and face. If Farley rings your bell, please ring my phone and let me know if yo would like to meet him.
