DIESEL HAS A NEW HOME AND FAMILY Diesel came to us this afternoon 11/27/15 as an owner give up. The original owner could no longer keep the dog and rehomed him himself to a friend of a friend. As is usually the case, the guy and his family turn out to be morons and dumped the dog on the street. He was found as a stray, with no collar or tags and was scanned for his chip. Luckily enough the chip was still registered to the original owner and the dog was returned. Once returned he was taken back to their prior vet and his shot record was updated and verified. The original owner could no longer take care of him which is why he was re-homed in the first place, so he was then turned in to us for re-homing.
Diesel is a neutered male black and tan GSD. He weighs about 85 pounds and he is a tall young boy who has yet to fill out. He will weigh about 95 when he is done growing and receives the proper nutrition. He is somewhat trained in the basics, loves cheese, takes treats softly and likes other dogs. He is HW negative and has been on heartguard since he was 6 months old. He is a super people friendly dog with a great disposition and temperament. Diesel is a talker and loves being petted. he has no hang ups, is not destructive and likes kids, men and women. He was tested today with Rudy and Rudy approves him as a friendly dog. If you thin Diesel would work in your home, please let me know.
