HANDSOME KING STAYS HOME King came into us today from a family that just could no longer care for him. King is a bit over 2 years old and is calm, sweet, trained and super handsome. He is an 80 pound neutered male black and tan GSD. KIng has always lived in a warm and loving home and has been treated very well. He is obedient but needs training in a social setting and on the lead.
He is heart worm negative and currently up to date on all shots and chipped.
Health wise King suffered a number of seizures last week for the FIRST TIME and was taken to the vet. He was prescribed phenobarbital 1.5 pills per meal. This drug has completely shut down the seizures, but in truth we do not know the root cause. If it is is a simple epileptic issue, this long term remedy will be fine. If it is something more, we are unaware. We will however try and find out.
The cost of this remedy is about $1 or less a day, but it is important that any potential adopter have this data.
King is housebroken, not destructive, dog and cat friendly and overall a great boy with people, kids and pets. He did meet two of my dogs and played in a few minutes time after the proper introduction.
We do have a family coming to see him Wed morning so if you are also interested please get your interview in asap.
