SWEET LILLY HAS A NEW FAMILY AND A NEW HOME We received Lilly in this morning 9/6. She is a sweet girl who is starved for exercise and play. She is a spayed female Black and Tan German Shepherd and she has all shots and she is HW Negative.
Lilly was left with a neighbor ho never returned. She was adopted by a nice lady who just has no time for a super active dog. She did take her to obedience training but Lilly needs lots of running and playing to get her to a calm state. She like other dogs and is untested with cats. She does jump but that is correctable. She does have some separation anxiety and needs to be crated when your not at home. She needs time at the dog park and time with the family. we recommend no young kids but she has been living with 2 children ages 2 and 5 for quite some time and has no issues with kids other than that she jumps.
She knows come and has great recall. She does basic commands well and is responsive to praise and treats. We tested her this morning with our dogs and she did just fine. She is gentle and sweet tempered. She weighs in at about 72 pounds and she is in excellent health. Lilly is 2.5 years old and can be yours immediately. Any adopter needs to recognize that Lilly does need exercise daily and without it she will be a handful to manage... with it she is a pussycat.
